Shipping policy

We dispatch orders in 7 business days from the date of receiving the order.


All product that need to be exchanged, should be sent back to us. We do not provide reverse pickups.

Please make sure that the following address is clearly printed/ written on your returns parcel with Studio Anne order #____, please also include the original invoice as proof of purchase.

Please mention your name and address,
number and email id on the parcel and also mention the garment you need in exchange

(RETURN ADDRESS TO BE MENTIONED ON PACKET)

It can take up to 7 days or longer for us to receive your exchange product, depending on your location and which courier service you use. Once we receive your exchange item, we will inspect and process your exchange as soon as
possible. In order to keep you updated, we will send you an email confirming the status of your exchange.
